Mental Health
We provide short-term mental health counselling for individuals, couples and groups. Services are provided by Registered Social Workers and a Psychotherapist. We give priority for services to individuals from equity deserving communities, those living with complex medical and social needs, chronic medical conditions, and those facing barriers related to social determinants of health.
Our team supports non-team-based primary care providers by accepting referrals for their vulnerable (medically and socially complex) clients to services available. Please find our referral form and fax number below.
