We provide support with management of chronic conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other lung health conditions. The COPD program focuses on supporting individuals in learning how to manage their COPD which in turn can reduce and help control symptoms. Services are provided by a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist.

- Assessment of respiratory therapy needs
- Pulmonary rehabilitation
- Self-management education
- Medication and healthy eating counselling
- Smoking cessation counselling
- Group programs such as the COPD support and group exercise programs
