Online booking is available to clients registered with a VCHC Nurse Practitioner or Physician. Appointment types and times for online booking are limited. Click on one of the following options to schedule your appointment using the OCEAN booking portal:

About The OCEAN Online Booking Portal
The OCEAN booking portal is an easy way to schedule and confirm your appointments. It provides you with email appointment reminders, the ability to safely communicate with your healthcare provider and option to complete and send forms to your healthcare team before your visit. Remember to update the VCHC if there are any changes to your contact information, including email, address, phone number and insurance status.

To inquire or schedule an appointment for Vaughan CHC services or programs, contact our team at 905-303-8490 –
Extension 1 – Primary Healthcare Services (Nurse Practitioner, Physician, Registered Practical Nurse for vaccination or injections, Phlebotomist for bloodwork).
Extension 2 – Diabetes Education Program (Registered Nurses, Dietitians and Chiropodist) and COPD Program (Registered Kinesiologist and Registered Respiratory Therapist) and Exercise Education Programs (ages 19+).
Extension 3 – Health Promotion Group Programs and Education & Outreach facilitated by Community Health Workers and Community Ambassadors (refer to our Monthly Program Calendar (hyperlink)).
Extension 4 – Allied Health- PACT Services (System Navigation Case Management, Mental Health Counselling, Nutrition Counselling, Chiropody, Respiratory Therapy (lung health), Physiotherapy and Type 2 Diabetes Education & Management).
