Chiropody
We provide short-term foot care services for individuals who have issues with activities of daily living and challenges with basic self-care. Services are provided by Registered Chiropodists and are offered for individuals who do not have access to extended health benefits. We give priority for services to individuals from equity deserving communities, those living with complex medical and social needs, chronic medical conditions, and those facing barriers related to social determinants of health.
Our team supports non-team-based primary care providers by accepting referrals for their vulnerable (medically and socially complex) clients to services available at VCHC. Please find our referral form and fax number below. We also accept self-referrals.
